During the main campaign of the game, there are dozens of treasures to discover. Some are found in sparkling containers, while others are recieved from progressing in the story.

From the Solitary Confinement checkpoint, turn the power on for the cell block, and you will see one of the two cells closest to the exit holding the box. After entering the neighboring cell, use the specified Synergy Attack to destroy the wall.

After quelling the prison riot, you will enter a corridor with a branching path. Take the straight, left path, and you will enter a round room with the box alongside the left side of the room.

After quelling the second riot with Spider-Man in tow, you will encounter another branching path. Like before, take the straight path, this time on the right, and you will see a sealed door, needing a Synergy Attack to open. Once the door has been forced open, the box will be sitting alone in the center of the room.

After escaping into the outdoors of the Raft for the first time, you will trigger a checkpoint, and will see a switch to toggle. Before toggling the switch, look around the the left to find the crate tucked just off-camera.

After returning to the prison, and evading past the lasers, you will have to stop another riot. Next to the furthest cell in the back of the room is a control panel that opens the cell. Open it to find the chest here.
The control panel must be used for the chest to have the sparkling “treasure” effect.

After stopping the third riot mentioned for the above crate, you will head up a flight of stairs and into a security gate puzzle room, where four rooms are blocked by barriers from the nearby switches. A fifth room can be seen to the top right with a crate. Solve the puzzle sufficiently to gain access to the crate, then head up the next flight of stairs.
Accessing the top right panel, then top left, and then the bottom left panel is enough to get to the crate.

After the puzzle room, and climbing up the flight of stairs, you will be on an upper level of the prison hall. Immediately after climbing the aforementioned steps, look in the second to last cell on the left. A treasure crate can be found here.

As a hint, all of the switches should be active except the top left one, middle one, and the bottom right one.

After traversing the rooftops in 2-D fashion, you’ll have to jump down onto a lower building, where Jessica Jones will warn you to avoid the Hand’s Spotlights. Near the end of this section of the level, you can see the crate locked behind an iron gate. Use the appropriate Synergy Attack to force the gate open.

After talking with Jessica past the stealth section of the level, a cutscene will play, showing her destroying a crane for you to traverse the Shadowland Fortress. After landing in the Asian-themed Zen Garden, head to the right, instead of taking the bridge across, and the crate will fully visible in plain sight.

Like number 2, After breaching into Shadowland, you will land in the Zen Garden. This time, proceed as normal across the bridge, and take down the Hand.
Walking towards the door of the fortress, a cutscene will play, and you will need to work with Iron Fist to defeat more waves of the Hand.
On the final wave, the leftmost of the stronger ninja (with a stagger bar) will drop the treasure upon being defeated.

At the beginning of this checkpoint, you’ll have to solve the “Dragon Chamber Puzzle,” by moving statues onto their nearby switches.
Immediately through the door that opens after solving the puzzle, you will see a picture hung against the wall, and three Hand ninja. Hit it to reveal a hollow in the wall holding the box.

While in the hallways of the temple, with the hidden dart traps, You will have to follow Daredevil’s lead, and avoid triggering the traps. Eventually, you will come across a large open room as the only way forward. DO NOT enter it yet!
Off to the right of the room’s entrance are a large number of crates. Destroy them, and walking in the same direction, there will be a large wooden wall. Hitting it will reveal this highly missable box.

From rare #7, proceed up the staircase into a hallway of paintings, being ambushed by the Hand.
Although most of these paintings are simply just paintings some of them will reveal small hollows when broken. The one that holds the hidden crate is the third painting on the right, (second, while sealed in the hallway,) one of a nature setting with a small tree.
Be careful not to rush ahead to the secret passage leading to the next room, as you won’t be able to return if you do.

After leaving the lab, proceed through the path on the right taking you to the testing facility of the tower. Here, you will see some Ultron Sentries walk in, and, if you’re observant enough, see the box sealed in a Synergy barrier.
After using the terminal to override the defense systems, walk into the now accessible cell, and use the proper Synergy attack to reach the box.

While in the same room as the area for rare #4 above, towards the left of the room is a box, on an apparently unreachable higher ledge. Nearby to the right is what appears to be a small wreckage of fuel tanks, but actually happens to be a platform leading you to the elevated ground the box is on. Simply jump up the tanks and platforms, and walk across to the box.
Normal: C Green ISO-8 (Increases the likelihood of beeing targeted by the enemy by [33.0%].)

After passing the section where the Ultron Sentries crash through the windows of the tower, you’ll wind up walking into a twisting, connecting corridor. In here, the wall behind the waiting Ultron Sentries is actually a Synergy door. Use the appropriate synergy attack as prompted to force the door to slide up.
Normal: B Red ISO-8. (Increases HP recovery by [3.0%] every 10 seconds while your HP is 25% or less.

After reaching the main living quarters from the training maze, you’ll need to help the Wasp fight off the invading Ultron Sentries.
On the last wave, the rightmost of the two stronger sentries, (with a stagger bar), will drop the item upon defeat.

After helping the Wasp, proceed into the next room, the Grand Hall. From the S.H.I.E.L.D. point here, the next box is visble, at the top of a ruined staircase. Fortunately, reaching this box is as simply as taking the remaining staircase up, and walking to where the other staircase is.

After walking a short ways away from the S.H.I.E.L.D. point, you’ll find yourself in another training room barrier maze. On the green (right) side of the maze, you can see the lone crate here, but will be physically unable to reach it. You can either shut down both parts of the training room system, or use an attack or ability that cause your character to shoot or throw something. Any of these will help you to nab the crate before using both computer terminals.

As with #10, this box is in the same room as the second training barrier maze. Unlike #10, you will have to shut down both terminals to reach it. Navigate the maze to shut down the barriers, and like the last training room, this crate will be along the back wall, to the right.

After passing the second training room, and a flight of stairs, you’ll arrive on the quinjet hangar of the Tower. There isn’t time to admire the scenery here, as more Ultron Sentries will appear, requiring you to shut down the hangar’s defense systems.
Either before or after you take the defense system offline, Head left of the terminal deeper into the hangar, where you will see a small path leading to the box.

From the Hangar S.H.I.E.L.D. point, head up the slope, but instead of walking to the edge of the platform, walk towards the elevator instead. Specifically, to the right of the elevator, the box will be sitting out in the open.
If you’re using the Heliport S.H.I.E.L.D. point, the box is in the exact same position, but the camera view will be zoomed incredibly out, making it harder to see.

Walk through the broken wall of the Dining Room into what appears to be a classroom. The left wall of this room is a Synergy wall, which can be broken with the proper indicated Synergy attack. The box is to the northern end of the hallway.

For Ultimate, Lv. 70-ish works well if you can stick to hit-and-run tactics.

Both of these formidible foes will drop a treasure each, when you are able to defeat them.
I’d recommend trying to take out Proxima Midnight first, whom boasts both melee and ranged attacks, but has less defense than Corvus Glaive.
Once Proxima Midnight has been defeated, the rest of your team can concentrate their attacks on Corvus, without Proxima Midnight’s projectile or area of effect attacks getting in the way.

Jumping down into the next part of the level, you can see three boxes next to each other, blocked by a yellow rift barrier.
In front of those, however, is a strong Mindless One. Defeat it to have it drop a Dark ISO-8 Crystal, and this rare item.

Pressing the switch will then reveal the platform to be a vertical elevator of sorts. Jump on it, and onto the cliff, where the box is easily visible.

There is also a platform elevator around, which will need to be activated to progress through the level.
Once the elevator is active, jump onto the cliff, and to the left side of the cliff, where A.I.M. reinforcements arrive, you can see where you can jump across the step-like formation to the box.

The treasure box is behind these smaller crates, and can be seen through the gap of the two stacks. Break it open for one of the best treasures in the entire game.

Just past the small stretch where rare #4 is, you will find yourself at an A.I.M. checkpoint, complete with turrets. You’ll also have to disable the two power sources to proceed.
Off to the right, either before or after destroying the turrets, a cliff formation can be jumped across, leading to the box, and some missiles that can hurled at the turrets to destroy them.

From the Qunjet Crash Site, keep pushing ahead until you meet Wakanda’s Dora Milaje — “Adored Ones” engaged in combat against A.I.M.s forces, which now include purple-clad snipers. Near the beginning of this new section, a platform elevator and nearby switch can be used to climb atop a cliff where three snipers stand. Just on the other side of the cliff, is a small clearing with the lone chest. Simply activate the second elevator nearby to return to the fray.
If the combat section is too intense, and has been completed already on the same difficulty and save file, you can simply backtrack from the gate to the same area. Whichever checkpoint is used, Black Widow will comment on how the treasure may be useful.

At this S.H.I.E.L.D. point, you’ll be just seconds away from the lush utopia of Wakanda. As you cross the gates, you’ll be treated to a very distinct environment, but now’s not the time to go sightseeing. A.I.M. has set up an checkpoint here as well, and have invaded Wakanda!
Take out all the A.I.M. soldiers around, and once 17 have been defeated, a few stronger red soldiers will arrive as reinforcements. One of them, specifically the one to the right, is holding this very rare treasure.

Friendly/Mighty 8 / Superior 7 / Ultimate 7:
Nearest S.H.I.E.L.D. Point(s): Capital Gates (This is one of the trickiest to obtain.)
Once the A.I.M. soldiers have been dispatched from the entrance to Wakanda, you’ll be immediately rushed to a different part of the level, where Wakanda’s protective Panther statue begins to fire lasers against you.
After hiding in the 4th safe zone, you’ll be able to sneak across to the 5th, where a Synergy barrier can be seen protecting a box. With the camera being locked at the angle it is, this will be very easy to see en route.
The hardest part may be having the rest of your heroes in good health, as their AI tends to take risks with the laser and its timing. They’ll also rush towards the enemy, ignoring the synergy box, and may even destroy the two Control Modules, so being careful here is key. This portion does not have a checkpoint either, so if you intentionally trigger a game over for another attempt, you’ll have to start back over at the Capital Gates S.H.I.E.L.D. Point.
Should you not claim this box before the statue is restored, it’ll be destroyed by the statue, and the way backward will be blocked also. Ouch.
Fortunately, on Ultimate difficulty, the synergy barrier has been removed, needing only the treasure box to be destroyed to claim this treasure.

Defeat them as needed, and before moving on, you should see a fort-like structure to the right, where a lone chest lies. As you approach it, a couple of A.I.M. soldiers will pop out to ambush you, so be careful.

Next, walk up a few stairs onto a small walkway filled with ruin debris, further across the outdoor ruins. You will encounter even more of A.I.M.’s forces. Whether you choose to defeat them or not, you’ll then need to look for some stairs to the left, leading to a ruined Synergy Wall.
Once the crumbling wall has been destroyed, walk past, and you will see a lone A.I.M. soldier inspecting the box. Naturally, a confrontation will ensue, but it’ll be one of the easiest and quickest, as the soldier only has a health bar, and not a stagger gauge.

From the S.H.I.E.L.D. Point, walk past the corridor after liberating the two Dora Milaje, and you’ll enter a large room where the power source for a barrier must be shut down, and where yet more A.I.M. forces are quartered. To the opposite side of where you entered this room is a storehouse room with 4 turrets, and a couple of A.I.M. soldiers. Walk inside when ready.
Black Panther will note that the catacombs have many storehouses like the one you’ll have found yourself in. With the threat of universal decimation at play, now seems to be the best time to use some of Wakanda’s most prized treasures.
Of the four boxes here, three of them are out in the open, while the fourth is protected by a Synergy Barrier. As always use the proper synergy attack to clear the barrier, though you may need to hit it with a regular attack to get the prompt to show up.

After defeating the 40 undead souls to proceed onwards, you will come across a 2D-ish section where you’ll have to pick an upper path, or the lower one. Even though they both lead to the same place, follow Rocket Raccoon’s adage and stick to the “low road”. Near the end of it, the box in question will be easily visible, and holds an interesting treasure.
Normal: AA Orange ISO-8. (Adds a shock ability attribute to heavy attacks.)

After picking one of the two branching paths, and crossing the narrow stone bridge, you will begin to approach Castle Hela.
Just before reaching the next S.H.I.E.L.D point, the path ahead will be blocked, and 20 more viking souls will need to be defeated before moving on.
One of the stronger viking souls will drop this rare item.

Nearly immediately after stepping foot into Castle Hela, you will be locked into the room, and have to defeat the three Fire Demons that appear. The frontmost fire demon holds the rare item here.

After leaving the S.H.I.E.L.D. Point, walk around to the left further through the level. After some walking, you will find Asgardian Swordsmen imprisoned in cells. Free them if you would like some ISO-8 and assistance, but the treasure here is in the second set of cells, in the first cell to the right.

Past the second set of holding cells, here the level branches out to Asgard’s dungeon to the left, and further ahead, a treasure box protected by a Synergy Barrier. The treasure should be easily visible as you come down the stairs, so the hardest part is using the proper abilities to break the barrier and claim the treasure in the box.

After speaking with Loki and entering into the storage room, you’ll notice that it’s both littered with Hydra’s supplies, including missile, and that the path lies above. Righteously destroy all of Hydra’s crates as you climb up, and atop the leftmost shelf is the treasure box.

Upon arrival, Cosmo will lead you deeper into Knowhere and the ongoing fray. The first stop will be to help one of the Nova Corps fight three outriders.
The next stop, just ahead, tasks you with defeating 4 normal outriders, with one stronger one, for a total of five outriders. Here, along the right, will be a collection of barrels. Destroy them to reveal the first treasure box, hidden fairly well.

Once 15 of the normal outriders have been defeated, 10 of the stronger ones will teleport in, and swarm your heroes. Three of these outriders each drop one of the treasures below.

To the right of this perspective is the regular, exposed box, and to the left is one protected by a Synergy Barrier. Use the proper abilities indicated to break the barrier on that box.

As you walk towards this second elevator, you can see the box at the top left peeking out just slightly. The one to the right is better hidden by the Collector’s glass cages.

At the top left corner of the room, (not including the main path ahead,) there is a very cleverly hidden Synergy Door leading to a small secret room. Use the proper combination of abilities, per usual, to find this secret, and claim the treasure within.
